At the end of the night, cash up the door revenue and calculate the amount of people that came through your door.

The sum to be donated to London For London = The total number of people that entered the venue x £1.

All venues are invited to match that sum.

All venues are asked to make the bank transfer to London For London by the close of Monday 5th October 2009.

If your venue has a door staff we ask that that they oversee the collection of all donations of £1 from every customer who walks through your door.

If you do not want to use your own door staff, London For London will supply a volunteer to collect the money for you. If you do choose to use a London For London volunteer, they will cash up the door revenue at the end of the night with a member of your staff.

The total income from the door revenue will be donated to
London for London.
